At F&B Uniform, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We deeply value and respect each of our customers. We gladly accept returns of un-embroidered, unused, and unaltered items within 7 days from the original purchase date. To make the return process as smooth as possible, simply reach out to us via WhatsApp at 8431 4416 or email us at sg@fandbuniform.com. Please provide your purchase details, such as the invoice or order number, and once we verify the information, we’ll assist you further. For orders under $100, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note, we cannot accept returns of any items that show signs of use or wear, including, but not limited to:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, in saleable condition, and with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered, embroidered, or special order items are not eligible for return.

F&B Uniform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether returned items are in saleable condition.
If you purchased your items through one of our authorized distributors, please reach out to them directly for any returns. We are unable to process returns for items bought from third-party sellers.
